• Complete and return our secure On-line Reservation Form after you have chosen a hotel from the list. Please send us your request as early as you can as some of Bali's top hotels are sometimes over long periods fully booked.
  
  
• Your reservation will be confirmed within two working days, or, if the accommodation of your choice should not be available, you'll receive alternative suggestions. Because of the unique HBF Guarantee you have no risk at all. All your personal details are routed via our secure server: Bali.com's security and privacy practices have been certified by VeriSign and TRUSTe.
  
  
• If your reservation can be confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of the cost of your first night's stay will be charged to your credit card to guarantee your booking. As soon as this deposit is cleared, you will receive the official HBF confirmation of your reservation. The balance will be charged to your credit card 7 days before your arrival at the hotel. • Please note that if you decide to extend your stay after your arrival in Bali, the special HBF rate may not apply.
