Location

The compound of Puri Cendrawasih is set in a quiet location with ricefields surrounding it. The area is between The Oberoi and Jalan Batu Belig.

Many interesting shops are right on the main road near the villa; it is about 1km to the beach, and a few minutes by car bring you to an increasing number of trendy restaurants such as Sarong, Kembang Goela, Ku de Ta, Hu'u, The Living Room, etc.

The international airport is about 35 minutes away, and its about the same distance to the popular "Bali Nirvana Golf Course" and the famous Tanah Lot temple.

The Villa

The whole Puri Cendrawasih compound was finished in May 2009; a narrow path with tropical plants leads from the parking area to your villa.

The villas' design is modern/simplistic and each consists of three storeys. The ground floor accommodates the spacious, air-conditioned Media Room with comfortable sofas and a 42 inch LCD TV connected to a satellite system, the fully equipped kitchen and dining area perfect for 8 people and a bedroom with en-suite bathroom overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The 4 x 12 m swimming pool with a small sundeck with deck chairs is set directly in front of your dining area. There is also a massage area separated by a curtain to maintain your privacy.

The large folding glass windows and doors in the dining and living area open the view to the pool, garden and the ricefield. Large ceiling fans provide additional ventilation if required.

The upper floor accommodates a large open-air living area, the master bedroom, one guest bedroom and a study which can be converted to be used as a fourth bedroom.

The top floor features an open area with some comfortable sun chairs, perfect to enjoy Bali's famous sunsets.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and the ground floor guest bedroom has windows and glass doors opening to the garden and swimming pool. Master bedroom and guest bedroom no 1 have king-size beds, the second guest bedroom has twin beds. The study features a sofa which can be converted to a single bed. The en-suite bathrooms have sinks and large bathtubs plus walk-in wardrobes.

Amenities

The 42 inch LCD TV with surround-sound system in the air-conditioned media room next to the dining area is connected to a DVD player and a cable TV system to receive over 55 international news, sports and movie channels, and there is a stereo system with tape deck and CD player in the dining/living room as well as a telephone and fax line. Personal electronic safes are installed in all bedrooms.
